Fees and Terms
At an initial consultation we will explore your current issues, enquire
about background history and establish the focus of therapy. When you
first contact us, it is useful if you highlight the issues you would like
help with, so we can match you with the most suitable therapist from
the outset. Practice Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am-9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am-6pm
Appointments are usually available within 48 hours.
Gemma Price, our Practice Manager, is available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Erica Brooks, our Practice Administrator, is available Monday-Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm
Fees for Counselling Services:
£100-£120 at Harley Street (W1) and Bishopsgate (EC2).
Therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are held on a weekly basis.
Payment is taken by the therapist at the end of each session by cash or cheque.
Some of our therapists are registered with health providers including BUPA, AXA PPP, Cigna, AVIVA, Standard Life and Pruhealth.
Please note that the waiting room is closed during evenings and weekends, so you will be asked to meet your therapist at the exact appointment time.
Fees for Psychiatry Services:
£350 for initial assessments (includes diagnosis, treatment plan & report).
Rates are higher if you ask us to process payment through an insurance provider including BUPA, AXA PPP, Cigna, AVIVA, Standard Life and Pruhealth.
Cancellation Policy: Each therapist has a set of terms and conditions (including a cancellation policy) which will be shared with you before your consultation.
