Currently, there are over 80 documented sleep disorders, with Insomnia (poor quality or lack of sleep) arguably being the most prevalent. Individuals who suffer from Insomnia lack a sufficient amount of uninterrupted sleep necessary to wake feeling refreshed and well rested.
