Many new parents find themselves feeling isolated, especially when it seems like friends have moved on or you\u2019re missing out on the social life you once enjoyed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"897\">You might feel guilty for struggling or wonder if these feelings mean you\u2019re not a good parent. But the truth is: <strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"813\">what you&#8217;re feeling is completely normal<\/strong>. There are steps you can take to feel more connected and supported.
