Mental Health Support Resources
Finding Support When a Practitioner Is Not the Right Fit
There may be occasions where a practitioner is unable to offer an appointment. This can happen if they feel they would not be the best person to support your needs at that time. We appreciate that this may feel disappointing or confusing, and we want to ensure you are not left without information about other sources of support.
The resources below are provided for general information only and are intended to help you explore support options independently, at your own pace.
NHS – Mental Health Services
The NHS provides comprehensive information about mental health support available across the UK. This includes guidance on accessing services through your GP, urgent support options, and NHS mental health teams in your area.
