Start to explore the root causes of your anger and build your own toolkit to help you deal with both eruptions of anger, as well as pent up feelings of resentment.

Drawing from tried and tested methods, participants will discover what anger management counsellors have found to most help people in their work.

They will leave with the knowledge to create a bespoke plan for their own needs.
