Insurance Cover
Looking to cover your sessions at Harley Therapy via your insurance company?
We understand that it can be a confusing process, so we provide optional and complimentary claim handling support as part of our service commitment to you.
How it Works
1. Contact your insurer and check if your policy covers you for therapy/psychiatry consultations. If it does, check whether you need a referral from your GP or a Psychiatrist.
2. Once your insurer has agreed cover, please give us your policy number and authorisation code, which we need to book your appointment. Please also ask your insurer the number of sessions that will be covered.
3. From there, we will liaise with your insurers to obtain coverage for further appointments, send invoices, and track payments.
We frequently process claims from the main providers listed below. (Note that unfortunately the therapists do not accept AVIVA, BUPA UK, AXA, Vitality, SimplyHealth or Aetna claims, due to their fee caps and restrictions.)

Due to limits on session numbers and/or financial caps imposed, the therapists are not able to work with the above insurance companies.
We also accept other international insurance providers.
